Piano Palette Terms of Use

この利用規約は、ピアノパレットの利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーはピアノパレットを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 適用範囲

本規約は、ピアノパレットに関連してユーザーと提供者との間に生じる一切の関係に適用されます。

2. 利用条件

ユーザーは、法令および公序良俗に反しない範囲でピアノパレットを利用してください。第三者の権利を侵害する行為、不正アクセス、過度な負荷を与える行為、その他提供者が不適切と判断する行為を禁止します。

3. 録音・共有機能

録音データは原則として端末内に保存され、ユーザーが共有操作を行った場合にのみ外部サービスへ送信されます。共有先サービスでの取り扱いについては、各サービスの規約に従ってください。

4. 有料機能と課金

プレミアム機能は Apple の課金基盤（StoreKit）を通じて提供されます。課金・返金・サブスクリプション管理は Apple の規約および仕組みに従います。

5. 仕様変更・提供停止

提供者は、メンテナンス、品質改善、法令対応その他の理由により、ピアノパレットの内容を変更し、または提供を停止することがあります。

6. 免責

提供者は、ピアノパレットの完全性、有用性、特定目的への適合性、継続提供を保証しません。ピアノパレットの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、提供者は法令上認められる範囲でのみ責任を負います。

7. 規約の変更

提供者は必要に応じて本規約を改定できるものとし、改定後の規約はピアノパレットまたは配布ページ上での表示時点から効力を生じます。

These Terms of Use govern your use of Piano Palette. By using Piano Palette, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all relationships between you and the provider in connection with Piano Palette.

2. Acceptable Use

You must use Piano Palette in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in conduct that infringes third-party rights, attempts unauthorized access, places unreasonable load on services, or otherwise interferes with proper operation.

3. Recording and Sharing

Recordings are stored on your device by default. Data is transmitted externally only when you explicitly use sharing features. Use of third-party sharing destinations is governed by their own terms and policies.

4. Paid Features and Billing

Premium features are provided through Apple billing infrastructure (StoreKit). Billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled under Apple policies and platform rules.

5. Changes and Suspension

The provider may modify features, update specifications, or suspend service in whole or in part for maintenance, quality improvements, legal compliance, or other operational reasons.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, Piano Palette.

7. Amendments

These Terms may be revised when necessary. Revised Terms become effective when posted in Piano Palette or on the distribution page.
